Our Infrastucture

B&B Triplewall Containers Ltd. is widely regarded for the exceptional infrastructure that it provides to its employees and customers. The Shoolgiri plant (called Unit 3) and the Attibele plant (called Unit 1), collectively have the ability
to produce over 7000 tonnes/month.

State-of-the-art technology, highly efficient plant, strong supervision all make our manufacturing process smooth, fast and error-free.

Unit 1

Bangalore Facility

Unit 1 is located in Attibele, Karnataka. Spread across a 3-acre plot, and a built-up area of 90,000 sq. feet, this plant is predominantly used to produce 3, 5 and 7ply boards. One of the first few sheet manufacturing plants of its kind in India, it is our endeavor to produce quality boards & boxes that exceed our customers’ requirements and to do so, we utilize a 1.8m fully automatic 7ply corrugataed board manufacturing line. Furthermore, we have converting machines which includes a 2 colour printer slotter and die-cutter, automatic folder gluer and 2 semi-automatic stitching machines amongst many others. Our installed capacity is 2000 tonnes/month, and this facility has flute sizes of A, B and C. Our speciality is to make ACA 7ply 14 mm caliper boards.

Unit 3

Hosur Facility

Unit 3 is located in Soolagiri, Tamil Nadu, very close to the Karnataka border. The factory is spread across an 8-acre plot and has a built-up area of 1,60,000 sq. feet. We have an array of machines, that are of the best quality including “BHS” and “BOBST” that help us produce extensive volumes which results in resource optimization. The 2.2m 5ply BHS Corrugator is our main machine which produces the corrugated boards.

With our specialized operations and efficient staff, our various teams including – “Sales, purchase, accounts, PPC, incoming, dispatch, production, quality and logistics” ensure the smooth functioning of the facility, aided by modern technology including ERP and many more. We have a total installed capacity of 5000 tonnes/month, which we plan to increase to 6,500 tonnes/month in the coming years by increasing the speed of our BHS corrugator. Furthermore, we have flute sizes A, B and C and this makes it possible to cater to your needs and produce boxes that are a good fit for you.
